The content manager tool is the way to upload and maintain your objects.
This tool is used by all users and depending on your type, you can use more invited users or the amount of data in ApliCAD UpdateBIM.

By default, all users of ApliCAD UpdateBIM have a free private cloud account for putting your own Revit families and sharing with other users.

This free account has the next limits:
- 20 MB of data información and 5 shared users.

If you have a business and you want to share your BIM objects, usually you need to pay for volume data and the number of users will be infinite. In this case, you need an account like a manufacturer and you have a special offer because your catalog is open to all UpdateBIM users.

The interface for a Content manager is very similar to Access cloud, with the difference in the bottom of the form,

With these buttons, you can create or edit folders, and you can add families to folders.

When you have an account with more data and users, you have more buttons available for example to batch load families and other functions.
